Though The One has not released any albums for the last three years, he has kept himself busy, working as a vocal trainer for artists like Super Junior and Tae Yeon of Girls’ Generation, and recording such hit drama songs as Gashi (”Thorn”) from My Rosy Life, Dashi salahdo from Loveholic, Saranghalggae from Only You, Doo gajimal from Palace OST, and Just We from Fantastic Couple. With his earlier hit I Do still fresh in his fans’ mind, The One releases his third full-length album The Last, filled with messages of pain and sorrow. The album’s principle track is Jook do rok (”Until Death” - Track 2), which was written by the same composer/lyricist team that gave us Sarangah, the theme song of SBS’s My Husband’s Woman.
